Organization Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Finance team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and final-year students to gain practical experience in financial management, accounting processes, and organizational compliance within a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining financial records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documentation.
  • Support data entry and record management in accounting systems and Excel.
  • Assist in the preparation and verification of payment vouchers and financial documents.
  • Support bank, petty cash, and expense reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and expenditure summaries.
  • Ensure proper filing and archiving of financial records.
  • Support audit preparation and compliance-related activities.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for financial documentation and approvals.
  • Perform other finance-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or final year) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
